Re: "Riding in the Zone" by Ken Condon

A few of us bought them at the TTD staff meeting. I'm about 2/3 through it, and so far it's great. I'm trying to only read it when I can sit down and absorb without distractions causing me to skim, and it's hard, because unlike some other riding skills books, this one is actually entertaining to read.

I try to keep that story alive. As a matter of fact, I brought it up at the TTD staff meeting. You should have heard Tony and Graham moan.

Re: "Riding in the Zone" by Ken Condon

Some people still aren't aware that the book/video is available.

It will be sold through all the major outlets soon, but is available immediately through the Riding in the Zone web site.

Sample pages and a couple of clips from the video are on the site as well as photos and some riding tips (more to come).

Oh, and the books bought from me are autographed.

Re: "Riding in the Zone" by Ken Condon

I wanted to clarify who this book is for.

The book/video is oriented toward who I consider the early-intermediate to early-advanced street rider on ALL types of bikes. This can include track day riders and even beginner racers. Although I know that newbies would get a TON out of it and many veterans would as well, because there are A LOT of experienced riders who don't know half of this stuff. But, very advanced racers and riders may not get as much out of it.

Check out the sample pages and the video clips to see if it may be right for you (or someone you know).

Got mine and gave it a complete read last weekend. Great stuff. Started my second read last night. Figure I should be able to read it 4 or 5 times by riding season. Definitely one to keep in reading rotation.
