Route suggestions

I am gonna take a ride and am looking for route guidence. Starting froM CT but want suggestions

Basically from
Worcester, Ma to Camden, Me

Only want to go on expressways to cross cities only, like to transit across Worcester.

SO contemplating loop up into NH then across and down to Camden. Looking for 2 lanes and reduced traffic; twisties nice but not really needed on long day.
