Just thought I'd let everyone know...17 is being worked on...road is closed on the south side, detour on a nice rock section they made...stop light is up right after a corner. So be careful if you hit it.

Route 100 between Moretown and Waitsfield has a 3 mile section of dirt also.

Rt 100 sucked and is being repaired. As of wednesday it was grooved not dirt though, sounds like it's dirt now........ Rt 17 construction is bridge work.

From the looks of it 'Old Country Road' in Waitsfiled will get you around a good chuck of the construction on 100...

Went through there on the way home from VT yesterday in the cage. Still construction, lights ect. Even some gravel/dirt in a few nearby corners.


There were still plenty of bikes up there though.

I was just doing a search of some pictures of 17 to show a guy at work (yeah, should have just come here) and came across this.

Rt 100 north of 17 is down to dirt for say 5 miles.

But as a blessing to the EPA there seems to be enough oil
to keep down the dust.
