    how sad is it that...

I took my bike for a ride at lunch today and the grip heaters were still on from the last ride? Yeah, it's been that long since I rode it. I work from home pretty much exclusively and hardly ride anymore. After my accident a couple of years ago, I have not had big urges to ride. I still enjoy it, but nothing like I used to.

Re: how sad is it that...

I did spend 1 week on my boat cruising 400 miles on Chesapeake Bay/Potomac River, and spent a week touring national parks in CA since my last ride, so it's not like I've done nothing...

Good thing you took her out now instead of waiting until October, as you may have never known.

At 6:30a.m. Everyday this week my grip heaters would've been on, if I had a set, the mornings and nights have been awfully chilly this whole summer.

Haven't been riding or sailing! Seems most of what I've done this summer is drive my kids to and from sports camps.

I have just over 200 miles on my R1 this year, and that includes a 1/2 dry trackday. I feel old
