Safety Insurance....refund!!

Just got a notice from Safety they are refunding me $234.09 for overcharging me since 2002. The Attorney Gereral Office and the Ins companies have come to an agreement and Im gettin a check!

To be honest, I would never had known about this at all if I didnt see the thread here a few months back.

Got a similar notice in the mail and I am curious if it is for the correct amount or is Safety trying to get us to sign the release for a lesser amount which would prevent us from going after the correct amount. Does anyone know if there is some way to find out from the AG office how much we should be getting?

hmmm....i sent email to some motorcycle of mass association or smth like that a while ago about this. Haven't heard about this since neither from them or from safety ins. I had my first bike insured with safety for like a year and a half only tho.

I got one too. Mine is for just shy of $1600. My parents got one for ~$150. Already signed and returned.

Liberty Mutual credited our acct $150.00 about 4 months ago
