Dalton Hwy to Prudhoe Bay/Deadhorse and 3000 more miles in Alaska. Translab and Labrador, Newfoundland 4 times, Nova Scotia, Cape Breton, PEI more than I can count. Much of Quebec and then the IceFields Parkway Jasper to Banpff. Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, North and South Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ontario, and most states down to West Virginia.

Italian Alps is on bucket list...but doubtful.

Those are all Motorcycle trips. Beyond that my wife and I have been to every state in the US and every Continent in the world...!

We expect to be going back to the Dolomites in a couple years, take in MotoGP or three, and explore other Alpine countries. You're welcome to join and knock it off the bucket list if you wish.

I bought my ‘05 Multi for exactly this reason, it’s my test case to see how I like sport touring. As of now with young kids in limited to New England rides mostly and the prime example of how to buy a $3,500 bike and make it a $7,500 bike that I could sell for $4,500

So far I’m really enjoying everything about it but the seat. My Sargent seat just arrived, waiting for the rest of the parts to come in so I only have to take apart the subframe once. It’s A LOT of other parts. Added a 56L Givi top case which has proved to be very useful. Looking forward to a few good years on it.

Just left pikes peak this evening. 1700 miles from Salt Lake to Zion through to Moab and down US 550 “Million Dollar Highway” and across the Rockies through to Pikes.

All I can say is if you have any thought of doing something like this don’t hesitate. Definitely do it!

2 days of slabbing it then more to follow with a few days in the Smokies before returning to corporate America again.

Also, don’t forget chapstick of sun block unless you want to look like you have a dirty face for a few weeks with a poor tan like me.

Saugenay fjord area is great to explore as well. There a bunch of possible trip variations in that area.

Did a trip up there a few years back. Stopped for lunch on the patio overlooking the river and a bit of gambling at Casino Charlevoix - paid for my trip 4 times over
