A buddy i work with has a 1989 Honda Shadow 1100, 26k miles engine runs mint everything looks good except for one kinda big problem
Somehow someone managed to crack the bottom of the case. It was jb welded when he got it but now its leaking.
Long story short he will sell it to me for basically nothing I'm just wondering how much of a bitch it will be to fix.
So does anyone know anyone who would be able to weld it?
Or know where i could get a new lower Case
Really want to buy this and rebuild it a little for my Dad over the winter

I'm sure some kind of machine shop could take care of it for you.
We have a good machine shop at work, and a good welders, don't buy anything just give me the case
talked to him a little more guess the crack might start from the drain plug so I might also need to re-drill and tap it once its welded. Gonna take a look at it this weekend
also got to figure out if i can get mid controls for it, my dads back isn't the greatest so he doesn't like forward controls
