Yes Shift stopped making street gear. I know because I own one of their jackets and was looking to buy a new one.

Re: Did SHIFT Racing Street go under?

Shift had some issues with another company complaining that they stole the name from them yada yada yada and so legally they stopped using the SHIFT brand name for street wear. I don't know al lthe details but someone in the industry explained it that way to me. I am pretty certain that they still do the dirt gear as Chad Reed is currently rocking the SHIFT gear (other than the fact that he is hurt) during the SX series.

Lol no not me its a clip from one of mordeth's atgat videos. As for chicanes I ended up with a set of Knox bionics last season after ordering and returning no less than 4 pairs of the teknic excelerator gloves at the time. All kind of fitment issues was not impressed especially for 250. You looking for short gloves or gauntlets?

I will always use nothing but gauntlet style, and ALWAYS with the cinch band. I've see too many gloves fly off in a crash to do otherwise. Those with the cinch band do stay on the best when you need them the most.

IMO, gauntlets are more comfortable. No bunching at the wrist.
