    Fuck it....I need a 200hp bike..... and yes I absolutely will use all that power....maybe not 100% of the time. But when I fuckin whack it open I wanna see nothing but sky....

    Im just gonna trade the 848 for a Panigale. ....done.

    Channeling my inner Kevin Cameron here.

    Impressive motor. A 4mm increase in stroke and 14200 RPM red line = 5000 feet per minute mean piston speed, an increase of about 400 feet per minute over stock. That does not sound like much, but the stress increases with the square of speed so that little bump in stroke increases the tension on the rods by 18%, assuming there's no increase in piston/rod weight (which is unlikely with a bigger bore and longer stroke). It's got a higher mean piston speed than even the Panigale R (4787 fpm). That bike has titanium rods...

    In comparison, top piston speed in a motoGP bike is just over 5000 fpm.
