Did a little work on the bike tonight finally. I dont have much to do before I can get out there riding. Here is the first job.
Whats Missing??


















New Forks! I took the old ones off this afternoon and will have Mr. Kates take the internals out and put them in my new to me 2002 RC forks that do not leak! Most likely I will have Mr Kates, rebuild the old forks after the repair to the lower leg is done and sell them on E-bay or Speedzilla. I will find out witch is cheaper replacing the leg or have the tube re-chromed. (?)
Next on the list is Oil change, install the new PCIII, Clean the air filters, level off my exhaust pipes and get an inspection, RIDE! Wooohoooo!!!

Oh yeah I almost forgot.. I have to get my new 2002 Swing arm powdercoated and installed as well as install my new Penske Rear adjustable shock! I will get some miles in before thats completed.

New Radiator was replaced last season. That shouldn't ever be a problem again unless the bike see's the pavement.

James, I will be calling Pete tomorrow to see when I should bring them in. Depending on work I may be able to shoot them up there tomorrow or Sat??? Could be next week? But they will be in my truck ready to go!

I don't think I am missing any HP! I don't need anymore than this beast pumps out, and neither does anyone else on this site. The amount of HP in bikes are getting out of control! Nice to have it I guess, but there in no need of 150+ HP on the street....

Awesome. Ill be there tomorrow until 2pm. My RC will be hiding out back with the other bikes until I can get it on the machine to measure it.

I always hear that from people who aren't making 150+ HP! With my current fuel pump issue, I'm only making about 120HP when the pump acts up and it really sucks only being able to go about 130MPH. I would have changed the pump myself but for $415, I'll let Kawasaki eat it under warranty.
