south shore mini moto practice?

I've been to a couple American Supercamps, and I found that "practice" on a mini moto was very helpful to riding and racing. However, I now live in Sharon, MA, and I don't know where anyone is "practicing" their skillz.
Anyone doing this? Interested in getting peeps together to do this?
Anyone? Bueller?

I guess my next question would be parking lots? dirt?
I'm going to play on google earth around the 'hood to see if there are any viable locations. If I find a useable location, would anyone be interested in a mini-motard play/practice?
I was thinking some of those parking lots around Gillette stadium might be useful to set up some small TT/dirt tracks: some cones, old tires and the oil drum trash cans they already have. Anyone know the owners of those lots?
Or, does anyone have contacts in town Department of Public Works? They may know of useable space.
