You can purchase event coverage at MotoGP.com (scroll down to get single event purchases). I guarantee that it will be WAY better than what CBS will do for coverage. I've the the regular (not high def) season pass and its awesome. No commercials and real-time viewing.

Speed channel is pretty good, especially since I Tivo it and skip the commercials. Yamaha rules this year!

    No HD broadcast?

And I don't understand Rossi and Stoner dragging their feet on the ground in certain corners...

Something about helping the bike fall better into corners or something. The race was fantastic at the last lap, Rossi caught up something like 4-5 seconds and almost passed Pedrosa. And i gotta say the more and more i watch Lorenzo the more he impresses me. That kid has talent and heart he's going to be amazing in the future.

Just a FYI, some people don't watch the races for a day or 2 after it airs, please use the Spoiler thread in the pit area for race result talk so people don't see results by accident

Re: SPOILER...MotoGP @ Laguna Seca... SPOILER

Lorenzo looked really good, Stoner is my favorite rider, but Rossi never impresses me at Laguna. I don't know what it is about this track, but he just can't seem to get a solid rhythm.

    He almost seems human...

Shitty race - no real excitement. Stoner needs to figure out his problem. Lorenzo has got the skills and would have won if he did not highside yesterday. Rossi waited too long to make his move. And i'm an armchair racer. Sorry Doc, Russell sounded like hes been on the farm too long, and the camera shots were shit.... ugh - i need another beer.

Re: SPOILER...MotoGP @ Laguna Seca... SPOILER

I enjoyed the race but agree, Rossi screws around too much, and Stoner is in this funk that he needs to kill. He's fast but it's almost a mental thing that he can't get ahead of Rossi enough. There were apparently many crashes during the practices races so that may have played a role in it. Laguna is much more technical than many of the European tracks they run.

r - e - s - p - e - c - t or not, he still sounds like he has a dick in his mouth and I don't think I heard one intelligent comment come out of his trap. Don't get me wrong, the man may have accomplished many great feats in his career of racing and that's commendable, but maybe commentating just isn't for him... sort of like Remdawg, can't stand him either.

aha ya Russel is the man but he needs to learn how to talk a bit better if he's gonna be on a race broadcast. Lorenzo is a madman for riding that good hurt. Talk about horrible high sides in qualifying...yikes

I have to agree that the new person who does color commentary on Speed and Fox kinda sucks compared to the brit or aussie dudes that have done them in the past.
