    street titles Xr650r....

    does anyone have one??
    I was thinking about buying one but from another state. and was wondering of the feasibility of getting it tagged and titled here.. even if it had a tag and title from the preceedign state.

    I live in RI just want to foresee any possible issues

    they are street legal motorcycles...i dont see why you'd have a problem?

    RI is better then MA. If it is ten years old you only need the old registration and a BOS....

    XR650L = Street Legal
    XR650R = Not Street Legal

    It has no lights, blinkers, electric start, etc.. if you got one that's already had the work lucky you.

    My brother got an XR 650R titled for the street here in NH.
    He had to jump through some hoops to get it done, but it wasn't too bad.
