Need suggestions for a touring bike (bmw)

I'm heading to Spain in early July and have been looking to rent a busa...I mean, sportbike. All I can find is bmws (and scattered harleys). The best rental site I've found rents the following bmw bikes...which of these would be the sportiest?

    BMW G650GS
    1-3 Days 95 €/ day
    4-6 Days 78 €/ day
    7-13 Days 68 €/ day
    14+ Days 64 €/ day

    BMW F650GS
    1-3 Days 114 €/ day
    4-6 Days 93 €/ day
    7-13 Days 81 €/ day
    14+ Days 76 €/ day

    BMW F800ST
    1-3 Days 131 €/ day
    4-6 Days 104 €/ day
    7-13 Days 91 €/ day
    14+ Days 85 €/ day

    BMW F800GS
    1-3 Days 131 €/ day
    4-6 Days 104 €/ day
    7-13 Days 91 €/ day
    14+ Days 85 €/ day

    BMW R1200GS
    1-3 Days 142 €/ day
    4-6 Days 113 €/ day
    7-13 Days 101 €/ day
    14+ Days 97 €/ day

    BMW R1200RT
    1-3 Days 166 €/ day
    4-6 Days 139 €/ day
    7-13 Days 124 €/ day
    14+ Days 116 €/ day

    BMW K1600GT
    1-3 Days 235 €/ day
    4-6 Days 182 €/ day
    7-13 Days 160 €/ day
    14+ Days 149 €/ day

Why not the 6 cylinder K1600GT? It's supposed to be pretty incredible.

    Definitely the F800ST.

He said sportiest, not heaviest. I don't think there's anything remotely sporty about a 730 lb. bike.

My daily ride is F800ST Sporty and comfortable at the same time. Very light, gas tank under the seat for low CG.

Rode an R1150RT from Germany to France & Switzerland and back. Would do again. R1200RT is more better.

I think the rt is going to be way to big. I would go with either of the 800's or the 1200gs.

The rt and 1600 are 700+ pound bikes. You will
not enjoy them if I know you at all....

Any of the R-series engine machines can hustle surprisingly well. RT has a slight edge on the GS in top speed etc (better aeros). Use the engine to its strengths and they perform very well. Have a rummage on youtube for the R1150 GS doing the Isle of Man course

I'd personally go for the KGT, but purely because thats the only one I've not ridden, and I hear its a hell of a lot of fun.

When did this happen? Specs I can find on the interwebs says the R1200RT is ~570lbs tops. Similar sources put the R1200GS at like 500-560lbs wet depending on equipment.

I've ridden a R1150RT. Neat bike. Wouldn't mind owning one myself.

Re: Need suggestions for a touring bike (bmw)

I rented an R1150RT on that side of the pond. It did great double up and when I wanted to go for a romp it did pretty well without the bags and pillion. My father keeps an 1150GS over there and he loves it. GS's are fun bikes but the riding position is more upright. If you are emphasizing sport touring I'd lean toward the RT.

I'd go for the F800. They get *insane* fuel economy, and are a great all around package.

My mistake - the rt is only 30 to 50 odd pounds heavier but the 1600 is over 700.
