Yeah Sean I got a couple of ideas to shave some weight of the green beast and an WP shock is going in the rear and a speed triple front end ....

An Sp3 front end?! Interesting. I didn't think the T5 front end would be long enough for the Tiger.
Just fyi... the T5 front end uses the same forks as a CBR900RR; 45mm conventional. That will at least give you a few more bikes to choose from when you go shopping.
What is that you're looking for from the front suspension? A firmer fork? Less flex? I'm wondering if you wouldn't get what you need from a tuning house (Lindemann or Race Tech) and a fork brace?
