    Surron Experiences?

I've been seeing these for years, but I've been especially obsessed with them lately. Anyone own one? I'm mostly looking at the Light Bee, but would be open to anything. My main uses for it would be:
    - Poaching MTB trails near my house, probably once a week (people already do this and it's not an issue)
    - Letting my wife ride it when I take my KTM to real dirt trails (probably once a year)
    - Possibly commuting on it...

Are the range and top speed specs real? I'm about 200lbs, so would be at the top of what they recommend. It seems like they're reasonably well-supported in the aftermarket. It also looks like they're $4800 new OTD, and used ones are like $4k+, so I'd probably just go new for the warranty and resale value.

I also can't help but laugh at the fact that I was working at Zero Motorcycles from 2008-2012 when we were building basically identical bikes, and I didn't want one then, when I could have had one for free.

Harley is also making some cool ebikes, I would ride the competition before going Chinese. They had a few at the dealership.

Much appreciated! I'm a ways away on the north shore, but I'll let you know if I'm ever down there with a helmet.

My buddies at Zero mentioned I should be looking at the new Talaria bikes too, which I hadn't heard of. Basically marginally better than the Surron Light Bee in every category, plus a little larger in the chassis, for the same price...definitely interesting.

That Talaria R-MX sounds like a winner.
