How does you brother like the seating. I managed to sit on one the other day. Seems agressive (compaired to my Bandit) for a long ride. I would be curious if he has done at least 1 hour worth of semi-straight riding yet.

For 2-strokers it definitely is... For 4-strokes I believe it just limits amount of gas that gets burned for the power stroke(and probably reduces power a little bit). Lubing is done by crankcase oil so I don't think it hurts the engine like it would on a 2-cycle.Originally posted by Kham

They do lot's of things to pass US emissions & sound regs.
My Duc was geared wayyy too tall for those reasons. First mod was to add a larger rear sproket.
