Just went on their site to check something and i was greeted with a message saying this:

"Message about Devil Exhaust to US customers and customers around the world:

Due to the actions of the CEO of DEVIL France, Devil Has declared Bankruptcy. We can no longer import Devil exhaust into the US market. They claim to still be able to sell to the US market, but please be aware that Devil France Failed to deliver Product to the US customers in the past, so choosing a different brand that is distributed in the US through a dealer may be your best choice to avoid issues getting your exhaust system and not losing your funds.

We will work to change the website to offer you new products from reliable manufacturers in the coming months.

This topic was brought up on the Triumph 675 forum and here is the response from the new Devil Exhaust importer for the U.S.

We have NOTHING to do with the OLD importer who has the site devilbikes.com.

As asked on another site below is our statement:

Many people have been saying this! This has been caused by our OLD usa importer who has NOT taken product since 2006-07. He was cut off by France and his way of trying to "get back" at us is putting up a BS statement on his website! There is much more to the story like PAY YOUR BILLS! We have made our products since 1966 and we have NEVER filed BK!!!


Just to be CLEAR our website is devil-exhaust.com and our french site is devil.fr the site in question is NOT Devil Exhaust or a dealer/agent of Devil Exhaust
