    K-tech suspension

Anyone using this suspension? Interested in cartridges and looking for feedback about the performance of them compared to other brands. The primary use would be street riding and occasional track days.

    Re: K-tech suspension

Pete (oreogaborio) on here has them in his sv. He does just ok with them.

In other words he loves them and is one of the top lw riders at nhms. I wouldn't hesitate to run them.

My friend runs the stuff on his Street triple. The stuff is top notch. It isn't cheap!

I got them in my SV. It transformed the front end for me. But, I was coming off emulators.

MV F3,The front is not good on rough pavement, the rear shock is not the problem.

    K-tech suspension

Hm. That's surprising. I'd be pretty surprised if MV used inferior components that couldn't be adjusted to your liking without spending big bucks on ktech

What have you tried doing up until now to adjust/compensate?

Checked sag , changed preload ,changed comp and rebound from one end of range to other one setting at a time. The valving is off and there isn't enough adjustment to make it better.

    Re: K-tech suspension

    Hey jet,

If youre looking for a more plush front end, i understand. However, if youre looking for more feel, more precise steering and cornering, etc. then a rear shock is your best bet. I know it sounds counterintuitive but believe me, youll feel a rear shock right thru the front of the bike.

Ive had a few MV's, the front always felt super planted....of corse these were older F4 1000S models...
