All I wanted was a free ride for the duc from NHMS to home and half a mile from home he malicious and with total disregard for my bike, allowed it to break a strap and proceed to fall off the trailer hanging by one strap and then dragged it 50' down the road.

I demand he replace it.

If only we had 3M tape on the tank and fairings it would have been fine.

First I told degs I'd paint it, and if he didn't like it I'd replace it. But he started screaming at me in that crazy Australian accent so I asked him to leave.

This did actually happen. My head is still reeling over it.

I never tie down other peoples bikes even if I am hauling it in case of such an incedent. My have not been anyones fault, just bad luck that a strap or something let go.

Really sucks for both parties involved..

I tied it down. A strap broke. We believe it was running on something abrasive on the lower triple. Shit happens. Could have been FAR FAR worse.
