I rode the T dub. I felt the fat tire thing made it sucky turning on pavement. I understand small bike fanboi, but enjoyed XR's far more than a TW.

I put Denali lights on mine. I'm happy with them and how they integrated. Mine are setup to run at 50% until I hit high-beams, then full 100%

That thing is huge, the Dart flyscreen is just a flyscreen. The nice thing about the Madstad is that its a quick mount/removal item, I’ve heard that it works well.

I’ve got the standard seat, pretty happy with it.



This is the standard Dart flyscreen, I also have the smaller Dart Piranha which I didn’t like as much. This one I can do interstate and while its not exactly fun I can tolerate it for a few hours if I have to. They make a larger one that I don’t have any experience with.

Very similar shape and size to the Triumph flyscreen, but you don’t have to take the headlight off and squeeze your hands in below the gauges to mount it.

I highly recommend replacing the Triumph hand guards with barkbusters if you plan to go off-road. The stock ones look nice but will snap easily and the levers mount at the same point, if I remember, potentially leaving you stranded.

Good call on the Dart, such an easy install. I can’t imagine trying to get behind the head lamp.

Is that the Dart Marlin? How do you like it?

I had to get in behind the headlight to install the accessory power socket. You need either tiny hands or lots of socket extensions to do the job. Simple, but a pain in the ass.

Yup, dart Marlin. Haven’t tried it out, day six after testing positive for Covid, have some symptoms.

Once again reminded myself why DS/ADV bikes are the best. Did a 3 day ride through the PA Wilds, 1/2 of which was the MABDR. What a phenomenal time with surprisingly great weather, what was looking like a wet weekend turned out to be fantastic with only a passing shower Saturday and Sunday. We even got an entire state park campground to ourselves Sunday night, with hot showers and flushing toilets.
