    Tire mounting, Boston area?

I picked up a set of tires online, now i'm looking for a place to have them mounted. I called Riverside, they quoted me $180. It seems a bit high to me. Any recommendations?

I thimk Boston Moto offer a tire and mounting package. Something to think about next time you need tires...$180 seems way overpriced to me

Boston Moto is no longer offering tire changing at the Bridgewater location.... only AT the track for our track days.

    See Tricky Mike here: http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...msford-ma.html

    He's the way to go.

tricky mike does a great job on tire changes, and would probably charge less than half of the price riverside gave you, he's also close by in chelmsford and a blast to hang out with

I'm going to send Tricky Mike a pm and see if I can setup a time. He's pretty much 1/3 of what Riverside wants.

I have an appointment with Dr. Degsy tomorrow AM. It was a piece of cake to arrange, the location is reasonably close, plus I have to stop on the way back to pick up #1 son at Stonehill.

    Re: Tire mounting, Boston area?

As expected, my visit with Dr. Degsy went without a hitch.

    Great guy (you knew that)

    Great chat (you knew that)

    Great work (as expected)

    Great price (compared to dealer)

Then, as I was leaving to get back onto Route 24, I took a wrong turn and he saw it and called my cell to let me know!

A big thumbs up to Derek and this service.

By 3:00, I had the bike reassembled and was on the road and the difference between the 11K mile squared-off Dun-rock 204 and the Micheling Pilot Road 2's was immediately noticeabl, even at sand/wet/road crap pace.
