Tire Warmers for 190 vs 160?

I got warmers that will accommodate 180-190 rears and was wondering if they will work on a 160 (SV650) rear tire? Are they really that much smaller that it would make a difference and if so, what would be the downsides, would I burn out my tire warmers, or just not get as good heated coverage?

I ran my c-hawks on a 160 for many moons with no ill effect.
    If it fits, it ships.
