The last Pair of 207"s I got was from Chapparal, $214 for the PAIR including shipping. They were running a special, they might still have one. and that was for a 190 rear.
if not them, try motorcycle accesory warehouse. i have gotten them there pretty cheap too before.

Looks to me like they've gone to a new ordering/shipping system, and the site's been updated significantly since I've last been on it. They prolly got slammed 'cuz of the holidays while they were down...

Chip, buy her a tire for Xmas:o I know a guy up in Maine that bought his wife four snow tires for Xmas, she said it was the best Xmas ever, hillbillies that is

I also have had VERY good luck with tireexpress.com. Personaly, i would ditch the 207s on the R6 and replace them with pilot sports, it seems to be a popular choice for many R6ers

    Tires

    Chip,

Doug is right on with this one. I can't say enough about the Michelin Pilot Sports. I have run several versions of Dunlop, a couple of different Michelins, and even Avon and Bridgestone.

I have to say, since moving to Michelin's, I've grown to LOVE their tires.

The Pilot Sports are incredible for a sport bike, and the Pilot Race tires...well, you would have to ride them to believe it. At full tilt, they are so predicatble (and more importantly - dependable), that I find myself really "buying into the brand".

You know - it's a preference thing after all. Dunlop, Michelin, Avon, Metzeler, Bridgestone, they are all good tires. It's when you find one that really fits your style, and just plain performs for you - that's the ticket!

I will be using the new Pilot Race 2 tires on my R6 on the track this year, and believe me when I say...at high speed, steep lean, and aggressive moments - you can count on them.

I know you are only looking for a rear tire for now, but when you get ready to swap the set - you should give the Pilots a try. Michelin is simply awesome. With 13 of the last 14 500GP World Championships, and the last 8 straight World Superbike Championships in a row to their credit - they make a pretty good product.
