Its crazy how many bikes are on CL between RI and MA without titles. Its very frustrating that without previous registration, MA basically tells you to fuck off. I haven't seen any reliable way to title an untitled and no prev. registration bike in MA without title milling it elsewhere. All their rules seem to do is make it impossible for anyone without a title, but not really prevent theft cause you just sell it to RI, NH, or someone who knows a way to get the title.

I hope I'm not beating a dead horse here, but from what I've read in some recent threads about this on here, I thought it was for smaller engined vehicles (like 350 and under)? Don't take my word for it, I could be COMPLETELY wrong.

In VT no bike under 300 cc is ever issued a title.
