    The TLR is fine.

    PM sent...

    TLR's are mid 1990's technology.

They are plenty powerful and plenty fast.

The new 600's and 750's will walk away from you in an extended straight line becaseu the new bikes weigh so much less.

The good thing is that the TLR is probably the most streetable of the Superbikes out there.

ZX10R's, Gix 1K, are insanely fast. They are quite impressive.

So how much did they want for that 99 TLR? I bet it was WAY too much.

I saw that TLR at MOM's today. Lots of scratches on it. May have led a rough life.

    Did have pipes on it.

Don't pay any more than $5K and it better be in sweet shape too. Otherwise the price should be less.

They're a dealer, so I'm sure they leave wiggle room on the prices. You gotta ask. I've been to the one in MA, my buddy has bought two bikes from them. They're expensive, but seem like good guys and have treated him well. Gave him a lot for his trade on his last bike too.

You should be able to... cuz you know they got it for peanuts. Mom's has alot of overpriced stuff for the uninformed.

Its a great place to shop and lok at a bunch of different bikes all in one place... then once you know what you want.. go find it elsewhere or chew em down.

is this your first bike? If it is... seriously... don't get it. Actaully... nothing over a middleclass sportbike to start.

How much do you have to spend?

    ok then...

well you can get just about anything you want for that mount of money.

If you want to keep it around 5K... you are probably looking at around a 2000 modelyear literclass motorcycle or around 2002 middleweight.

You could definitely find a decent TLR for that amount.

hmm... mine might be for sale

PM me if you want to take a look at it.
