Tour Master Boots

I just recently got a pair of Tour Master Response SC Boots and I had a sizing question.

I went by Newenough's sizing guide which said go by your normal shoe size. I normally wear a 10.5 but since they don't have half sizes I ordered an 11. The boots feels kind of loose but i'm unsure if a 10 will be too tight.

I was just trying to find out if anyone has got these and how they choose their sizing for it?
