Oh my god. If he had skipped the vanity plates on the sweet 250, maybe he could afford a new pipe.

That's just awesome. I cannot fathom why anyone would do that. That said, the stock exhaust weighs 27 lbs? Holy crap, I'm pretty sure that's more than my stock ZX9R system.

That's not the new Ninja 250, BTW.

Yeah... that's gotta be GREAT for the dog's eyes and for all the flamables he's standing over.... There are three kinds of people in this world... those that know how to weld, those that don't know how to weld, and those that SHOULDN'T know how to weld.

My guess is it's just a troll putting a LOT of effort into fishing for entertainment during the winter.... but still, the dog? C'mon dude.

He definitely gives Shervin a run for his money.

WIth all the time he wasted with all that horrid work, he could have been standing on the corner, panhandling for the cash to buy an aftermarket exhaust.

I kind of like this one, too.

Plexiglass for rear-set gaurds. Not even lexanne (which wouldn't be much better) but 1/8" plexi.

And make sure you file the front edges to a point so they are aerodynamic. WTF? It's 1/8" thick! How much drag could it create? Not that it will be there long, anyway.
