yea i ended up just telling him i would rather keep the bike then see it turned into some half assed street bike
"Could you elaborate on that a bit? Just telling me not to run a specific tire, and giving me no true logical explanation is like telling me I'm going to get my dick sucked tonight, and not by whom."
You can also Try the WERA classified.....may be less hassle since there are real people who race looking for bikes

Street conversion isn't gonna be worth it for the cost, especially when you consider not having a title.
The only problem I've had with CL is scammers trying to get my money anonymously(emails and fake money orders).
I tried to sell a bike on ebay once some kid in California bought it now and then backed out because he didn't realize it would cost money to ship it. Sold it on CL.
I would sell to a guy wanting to convert to street. Just so long as he knows there are no guarantees and I won't help him. Cash only deal as is.
yea besides im starting to think about just keeping it and begging my new boss to let me work some 4 day 40 hr weeks so i can do some Monday TTD's and not have to take unpaid PTO

Gimmie the bike, I will pay full asking price. I can pay you in about 3 months.....but I will take the bike now.

Its an Italian bike...Ive had (have?) a few
I've thought about it a lot, I have no idea what you need to convert back and forth from a track to street... but isn't it putting on headlights, blinkers, and a tail light? You technically don't need anything else to pass it for the street right? If you hadn't shaved off all the plugs on purpose it should be plug and play to some extent? Sure, no title isn't going to help, but otherwise is it that hard to go back?
Pretty sure the wiring has been stripped down to only necessary stuff, plus its keyless, just way to much of a pita
