Where to get cheap(ish) moto oil?

So I am searching for synthetic, NON resource conserving 0w20 oil for racing. Oil seems to change every 3 min but I assume the conserving stuff still is no good for bikes. I just dont want a $100 oil change but that seems to be asking too much.

Anyone know where I can score this?

    http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...o-R-0W-20.aspx

That's the stuff I've used in the past, wet clutch safe, definitely not cheap though.

    Other options:
    http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...Ultra-Oil.aspx 0w10 and 0w30 full syn for $13 a liter
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...Motor-Oil.aspx 0w40 full syn for $13.50 a liter, big supporter of US motorcycle racing

I can't find much else for motorcycle specific 0w stuff.

I don't know where you're spending $100 for an oil change but you're paying way too much

Re: Where to get cheap(ish) moto oil?

I put regular valvoline motorcycle oil (Dino) 10w-40 in the sv, I don't even bother with synthetic since I change it so often. $6 a quart, Never had an issue, and it really shifts nice with that stuff for whatever reason. Also the regular Honda crap, hp4 or whatever works good.

The 0w stuff is awesome for squeezing all you can out of a race motor though. My CRF70 LOVES the stuff.

Been using that as well... shopping there makes me want to kick my own ass. I go early on Saturday mornings and wear a hat.

Re: Where to get cheap(ish) moto oil?

Kurlon thanks, that is the cheapest I have seen. Not sure I can get away with the 0w10. Gotta be thinner than gun oil but maybe the ow30. So a little over 50 clams for a change + filter.

Run Amsoil. Only $50 for oil and filter.

Also if you are racing, you can talk to Dave in the Amsoil garage about being signed up for a proffered customer, so you can save even more.

Thats the t5 which is still about 12 a gallon its the non syn. I actually prefer it in my bike over the full syn doesn't last as long but my tranny seems to like it better.

Well, save for the minor detail that it's 5w30... not 0w20 like OP is looking for...

No I'm talking about the synthetic, before they changed the label. It actually used to be $12 then went up to $15 and now in the twenties. I've never tried the non synthetic
