I want 1 too. But I'm looking for open trailer to haul 2 bikes. 1K for enclosed is not a bad price IMO, if it's in good condition.

    Open trailer?

check out Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

It's a bit of a squeeze to get two bikes in there but it's more than doable if ya set it up right.

Yeh, I was looking at harbor freight stuff. I always wondered though if I could fit 2 sportbikes on 4x8.

Useable and not rusted to shit. Check. I tow it from Burlington to NHIS and it hasn't given me problems. Slept in it last race weekend and no leaks.

Great little trailer, Carries 2 race bikes my pit bike, all my tools, spare tires and a bunch of other stuff.

I think I MAY upgrade. How soon do you need it? i would need to find an upgrade to swap it with as I use it for storage in the winter.

Here is my wife standing next to it last weekend.

You would most likely want to remove all the decals ( I didn't put them ALL on there.)

You have to register a trailer right, get a plate and everything? I'm guessing insurance also, excise tax? So how much does everything cost?

No insurance but you do have to register and plate it.

It doesn't cost extra, but I had the trailer added to my car insurance.

I can't remember if there's an excise or not.

+1 on the 4x8- I got one from Cap World in Marlborough RT 9 over the summer-They had a couple of "Scratch and Dents" available. I paid $500 for it. It has been worth every penny. Although an enclosed trailer would be sweet!
