Someone tried to steal my bike

Due to the rain the last few days, I haven't ridden much to work. Well today I took the cover of the bike and noticed some cut wires around the ignition. When I tried to put the key in, it won't turn and then I see that the lock was broken. Good thing I had a thick On Guard lock on it and locked to a pole. She would be gone if it wasn't. Now I need to have it fixed and find better ways of it happening again. This is a reminder for you guys to keep your anti theft rituals on cue because some times you can get lazy and that's when they strike. I remember a few times myself last week where I didn't bother locking the On Guard chain. At least she is still with me and I consider myself lucky.
