    mother fucker goes *around the world* on an R1. There is a pretty amazing 4min video of him dealing with mud and sand in various developing countries. the scene with water / mud coming out of his exhuast is really hard to watch. I can only imagine the kinda maintence that had to be done or what kinda road crew he had. Somehow, I dont think a HD would have made that trip.

    Okay he took three years to do it.

    That seems like more of a vacation......IMHO

    I'm looking for the guy who does it in 6 months or so.

    or the guy who rips it off in a month.

    Personally, I'd take the 6 months and at least sightsee some things..........

    FWIW: I did it in 3 months, by ship, rental car, yamaha dirt bike in Africa (Kenya) and taxi cab..............
