What is this undertail kit?

Communicating with them does kinda suck like a 2day turn around on a lousy response. I just wrote them about a week and a half ago about a broken led. The solder gave way connecting the wire to the pcb. They sent me 2 new ones for a dollar. I was expecting to have to do more than ask Ok what do I do now. No mailing old parts,, nothing.

yea that sounds like my experience. they forgot to mail me the LEDs, and just sent the resistors. 1-2 weeks later, I got my LEDs in my mailbox
