Useful tips for you street riders

so far in 2013...

(april) - make sure you have more than 20 PSI in your tires
(2 weeks ago) - make sure your headlight wires are not resting on your radiator. After a 45 minute commute in traffic, your ride home gets very dark.
(yesterday) - if you have a twist off gas cap, make sure the cap is installed after refilling your tank. it's not fun on bumpy rides.

if you want to target that group of riders, then....
if using last year's track DOT race tires that are bald, make sure it's not going to pour rain on your commute home.

If you want to make sure it will not rain, jut plan a several hour ride towards the sun - and forget your sunglasses.

only thing i've ever checked since owning a street bike: trip 1 (gas) and trip 2 (chain cleaning). tire pressure is usually when i begin the season in March.
