I rode down to Vanson on Sunday to check out the open house. Squid central. The stunt show was cool, and free food is always good. Here are some shots

one thing that kills me... the lack of gear that the stunt riders wear... after all, they are doing a show at one of the premiere gear manufacturers in the world... shouldn't they be wearing some of the stuff?

yeah I thought that was funny too. Id say only 25% of the riders there were wearing jackets, boots, and gloves. Most were wearing just a helmet.

At one point a group of about 30-40 sportbikes pulled it all bouncing it off the rev limiter. I thought they were , but most of the homies on hand thought it was cool

Well you guys have to remember the location that Vanson is at (Fall River). Not the nicest, and not a highly educated town. So you're going to see a lot of non gear riders, and people doing stupid things like bouncing off the rev limiter.

I saw a lot of riders on Sat with jackets, and gloves. No one was wearing boots though.

The streetriders are one thing but as LuvDog says the stunters are another...

If I was Vanson I would have wanted them all clothed head to toe in Vanson clothes in exchange for giving them a place to stunt... full pimping of the gear required.

Most of their stuff is good but from Pakistan. Supposedly the custom/racers suits are made in Mass.


The place is a tad disorganised though

yeah Ill agree that its disorganized. I was walking around looking for the discount racks, but finally gave up

A lot of the textile items are outsourced but almost all the leather and 100% of the custom items are done in Fall River.

I stopped by late on Sunday. My girlfriend wanted to see about getting some custom work done to her Vanson handbag (yes, badass).

Stunters and the 'pose' crowd make me laugh, alot.

After my purchase of my pants last year VANSON can suck my nuts. I will never buy another piece of Vanson gear ever again.
