I thought it was the Kawasaki Vulcan 2000. That was what Rider magazine said...

Haha, Half Squid is serious, he is calling you out King. I can understand the 10R being a great bike, the 10R on this site in the member photos made me fall in love with them. A beautiful bike that really deserves the award. A bike that I am afraid of and probably won't even attempt to ride for a couple years, it would rip my balls off and spit them out the exhaust pipe.

Yeah, i remember the same thing in 1998 when the new R1 first came out and the new ZX9... The raggs made alot of noise about the 9r at first (maybe to boost sales?? ) then it kinda fell on it's face a year later

hasnt fall on its face yet.

look at it another way, for the first yr, R1 has more blown engine than zx10 with broken front wheel. wouldn't you agree?

No, because there has only been 1 R1 with a blown engine, and 3 ZX10s with broken wheel Besides, no recalls for the mighty R1

Yes, Kham I may be leaving the Honda Family, I have left my origonal family of Yamaha's Finally, but will probably go back some day, but for now all my bikes are just about gone and I am seriously looking for a left over ZX10 in Black if she so exists. Can I test yours out bud ?

So I guess that a certain someone has not seen this thread yet and read about the RC making a fast approaching exit??? If the right deal appears the beautiful RC will be retired from my stable and replaced with a new stallion.

Can you believe I started with 4 bikes the first of the year, and now down to my last one that could be snatched up at any time.. Then what? I need to decide when what bike, but the ZX10 is high up on the "list"

I want something that handles the corners like a 600RR, able to carry passengers comfy like a golwing (Ok maybe not, but at least somewhat comfy for a full days ride) Has to be able to carry soft saddle bags in case of a weekender. All this and still look cool. Oh yeah has to have better gas mileage than the RC's range of 107 light warning and 127 empty! Thats rediculas!

this will be a repeat btw, I am starting a new thread as to what bike I should get. I need help on this...

oh man, i'd be happy if you get a zx10. let's do a ride so you can try the zx10. you have to give me a chance to feel the RC but dont worry i wont do anything stupid or squidish.

comfy is probly not in the definition. cant tell you much other than total satisfaction for me in terms of power. doesnt turn as quick as a 600. probly the same as RC.

edit: excuse me. just wanna correct. the turning is a little HARDER. i think quick is a wrong word. hell try it for yourself.
