Fred Rau tells it all in the MCN July 2003 issue. Really good read i think. keep those high beam on if your low beam is one side only and bend those plate up a bit.

this morning on my way to work, I was a Rochester Motorcycle Cop with his hardley, parked at Plum Crazy parking lot on Rt 11 pointing a handheld unit at traffic,

causing a traffic jam, everybody was slammin on the binders, traffic usually rolls thru at 55-60mph (40mph zone)
