Share your thoughts, What tires next???

I used Michelon Piolt Sports this year & I got 10K out of my Front, 4100 on the first rear tire, & 5K on my second rear. So I am happy with these miles and performance they provided. These tires grip the road very well and feel smooth, but I would like a tire that can turn in quicker.

* I want a tire that will give me the same or better mileage with a faster turn in and the same but perforably a little better bite on the road.

Fill me in on what you like and what your experiences with tires as per Mileage/performance.

i'v learn from the great NESR crews that pilot sport is discontinued and the next best thing is pilot power? yea that's it.

He also knows my wife... Morgan Fairchild!

I must've sold a 1000 sets of Powers in three months. These tires ROCK.

Have you thought about sticking with Pilot Sport/Power and dropping from a 190 rear to a 180?

The Perelli Diablos and Diablo Corsas are outstanding tires with tons of grip. I don't have any experience with the pilot powers but I would assume they are good!

Look for a sharper front tire
Maybe the Dunlops or Bridgestones

More pointy less broad radius front

I like Michelin and buy ther products so if your happy stay there

But you can have more of the same but done better...

The one size smaller rear was a good idea and maybe running the front so long squared it off making it slower

Durable, inexpensive, and definitely improved the turn in on my F4.

Hey Mike, I've heard great things about the powers, sticky right out of the garage and able to do 60+ laps at Loudon and hardly show any wear. That's the word from some friends of ours at a local shop! And that's 60+ laps on a racers bike, I'm not sure exactly who but Joel may know, someone faster that me is all I need to know. They also said they are very predictable unlike the old pilot or the 208's, personally I like my 208's but I haven't tried any other newer tires.
