I'll take some with the truck and bike in VA. It's a 2004 GMC Sierra, but she's up there on the miles.

Just rode in the snow for the first time.

2 out of 10 would not repeat.

I did not see anyone address how comfortable that bike is. I rode my 748 on a 4 hour rode trip once. I bought my Monster a week later.

You will not regret carrying it home.

I didn't mention it because he lists other ducs in his sig, so I figured he had an idea what sitting there all day entailed.

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

I have taken many long rides on my 748 (200 miles minimum) no complaints even with all the damage in my shoulder, only suffer when going slow in traffic so I pick my route to avoid that

Got the 998 back today. It is a 2003 that was purchased in Italy so it has some unique features. This alarm system makes me want to punch a bag of puppies, neither I or the seller can get it started again.

I wish I could say that was my shop, but it belongs to the person i bought the bike from. This guy can build just about anything for a bike or a car.

Good thing you got the truck, since it won't start. I was secretly hoping you'd take the chance and fly and buy for the experience.
