Winter Storage near Boston

OK, based on the other thread and the PM's I have gotten it seems people are looking for storage.

Myself and Bill (Knarlydog) are in the process of looking for a large space which can be used for storage and bike work. We intend to outfit it with our tools and stuff to make working on bikes over the winter easy and fun. We plan to have heat, electricity, maybe a bathroom.

We are planning to have 4-5 core guys who wnat to utalize the space and also open it up to people who want just storage, ie, park the bike and come get it a few months later. Obviously we are going to have a lot of toys in this place so we need to trust everyone who has access and that can be a challenge.

Assume the location will be within about 10 miles of Boston in any direction as we are still looking at spaces.

5. LEVEL OF COMMITMENT - in other words are you ready top put money down now or are you just looking around.

We are looking for people who are ready to commit to this so we can budget accordingly. Those of you who know me know I dont do things half assed so I can promise you this will be a good place.

I know I can go to my old bike shop 'cos I used to work there but that's all the way in Nashua and such.
