    powdercoated parts are in.

I'm very pleased with the way everything came out.

here are the shortened stock levers

black swingarm and other misc. parts.

LV exhaust tip and heel guards...

    rattle canned gas cap

    rear sets...

exhaust is getting shipped out to get chopped. passenger pegs are going to have an interesting special treatment as well

those levers still look like they'd stab you if there was a crash. powdercoating looks good though

Took the day off to put all of the parts are back on the bike. The frame and engine/clutch covers have been washed and painted flat black. Frame sliders and swingarm spools/sliders are installed.

The exhaust has been cut down 2 inches (I HATE exhausts that stick out like 10 inches past the tail)oh and I love the sound of the LV exhausts, well worth the money for the deep bass sound.

    preview of the paint job.

pics do it NO justice whatsoever. Looks gorgeous in the sun and varies from a metallic grey to a nice shade of blue, depending on how the sun hits it.

    here are some teaser pics.

my solo cowl fell off at highway speed so there's no FULL photoshoot until it gets fixed

I painted my engine cover wrinkle black.

    Re: Winter teardown begins...

torn down...i couldnt find any with the motor removed, or the swing arm. the only parts not seperated during this engine swap/general upgrade was the forks from the frame.

motor, wheels, swingarm, harnesses, everything was swapped. in a storage unit with timed lighting that always shut off at the worst times, in the dead of winter.
