    Angry WISH I GOT A TICKET

    GETTING ON 290 THIS MORNING SAW A OPENING IN TRAFFIC A COUPLE OF CAR LENGTHS AHEAD SO LIKE MY TYPICAL MORONIC SELF I STAND IT UP AND PASS THE CAR THE A TRUCK AND CAR ON ON THE REAR WHEEL THEN CUT INTO TRAFFIC ONE OF MY SMOOTHER MOVES TIL I NOTICE THE TROOPER IN THE EXPEDITION BEHIND ME BUT HE DIDNT GIVE ME A TICKET I GOT A CRIMINAL APPLICATION FOR 2 COUNT OF RECKLESS DRIVING AND FAILURE TO USE CARE IN PASSING
    IN BEAUTIFUL MASSACHUSETTS RECKLESS DRIVING CARRIES THE PENALTIES AS OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

    SO WITH MY DRIVING RECORD BEST CASE I GET A HUGE FINE WORSE LOSS OF LICENSE AND JAIL TIME

    so we turned around the exit & the mass cop pulls us over & tells us 2 stay the fuck off his highway & if he sees us again he would arest us just because . & we where 2 shut the fuck up ... get the fuck out & dont come back

    but ya screwed around and got caught.... shit happens.... I drive 290 every morning as well... and in traffic there is no place for wheelies and shit... IMO...

    WISH I GOT A TICKET

    I never had an incident like this on my bike, but when I was 18 I was racing a mustang in my z28 and crashed into 3 cars in West Springfield, MA. I got that "reckless driving" charge and was surprised the ticket didn't have a fine on it, it was a "go straight to court" type deal. Anyway I got a public defender, and it ends up on my court day the board that said what court room I was in was wrong, so I was in the wrong courtroom, finally the public defender comes in and calls my name and tells me it's over and it's reduced to not wearing a seatbelt, I asked how. He said:

    "They would have to prove you were intentionally driving to endanger the lives of others".

    I hit 3 cars that day...

    I think there is hope for you.
