If the series becomes the Ducati Cup again no one wins.

Maybe the other OEM's should actually join the series then at the Factory level. Currently Ducati is the only true Factory participating in the series.

Anybody catch the Super Sport races on SPEED. I looked for what time it shows and can't find it. I don't see it one the replay schedule for Tuesday either. Did SPEED canned the Super Sport races?

Can someone explain what was wrong with Biaggi's pass on Haga that got him all pissed off? It seemed clean until Haga come into the back of Biaggis bike, but even the commentator said something like "the initial pass was a tough one by Biaggi"
-
Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
It wasn't so much the inside stuffing, but Biaggi subsequently parking it in the corner which caused Hagga to actually rear-end Biaggi (looked like the wheels touched for a split second).
It was the second time (in as many laps, I think) that he pulled that move on him & in the same corner... the first time was also a very close pass & he ended up running it wide allowing Hagga to re-pass
I was surprised Hagga took such exception of it as well, but I think the MAIN reason why it got to Hagga was because it was Biaggi... Agressive passes are expected of him, but still, no one likes getting passed closely by Biaggi.
At least, that's my take on it. :dunno:

Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
Hmm, well either Biaggi needs to put on his turn signal next time, or Haga should try playing golf. So whatever, got what he deserved then. Add another rider to the list of people I dont like.

Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
It was entertaining watching Bayliss. He was doing the most out there the 1st race and had the best lap time I think. Nice head turn toward Biaggi on that last pass. A bit unneccessary but it seemed to be the theme of the day.

Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
That is how Biaggi rides, he tried the same move on Bayliss at the last corner and went wide.
I was too surprise Haga overreacted and took his hand of the handlebar. But again, Biaggi did take our Haga last year with a similar move.

I loved that head turn. :)

Weren't they saying something about a lack of grip in that corner, causing a lil wiggle?

Carlton,
Looks to me in that video from last year
that Biaggi owned that inside line. He didnt run Haga off
the track. Haga just tucked in and hit him.
Am I wrong?

Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
I dunno.. Looked like Biaggi had to really stay on the binders to make the corner.
BTW, who else nearly pissed themselves when Biaggi & Xaus were side-by-side through like half the circuit? That fekin RULED

IMHO, if biaggi owned the inside, he would have clear himself from haga's line or at least be showing his front wheel to haga, look again, biaggi just came inside and parked it.

So, what is the channel/service I need?
Ask to get speed added. You end up upgradeing to a sport package which adds like 8 bux extra a month. You get a all these sport channels and a movie channel(fox movies or something). I'd send a link with the list of channels but COMCAST internet must be having problems right now, loading pages is sooo slow atm.

Re: World Superbike discussion thread. *Spoiler*
Yeah, worth the money, even just for the World Super Bike
series... plus you get Moto GP and
man all the Nascar you would ever want!
But I have to say that every World Super Bike round
last year was a total barn burner from flag to flag...
much better than Moto GP was last year.
