    Nothing worse

    There is nothing worse than getting all suited up, route planned out and stoked to go for a nice leisurely ride on your first free weekend in months only to discover a flat tire on the back of the bike. Yeah, the brand new tire. And brand new tube. With what looks to be a brand new roofing nail as a fancy accessory.


    Anyone know anyplace that stocks 5 inch wide 17" rear tubes?

    Not rims....mistyped....

    Sorry, it wasn't the rim, it was the tube. But is seems that everyone stocks the 3 inch wide tubes, not the 5 inch.

    Bruce, it was on the KLR. I had a brand new light blue milk crate I was gunna strap to the back too!

    why dont you just get a new tire now and worry about fiding a tube later? Finding a tube might take a few days, and everyone stocks tires

    Did you try Keene motorsports, and the new place there in Rindge, NH powersports, also ther eis some new guy in gardner just after the chevy dealer on 2A.. There is alittle hole in the wall place up on RT12 in Winchentucky, don't know the name, I'd love to get a dualie, but I think I might get a track bike next, over the winter..

    Found one at Cycle Design (gasp!). Heading there now on the Rex. Bruce, depending on when i can get it installed, I may be up for showing you around up here on the KiLaR's. Not sure if it would give us much time though!

    Joe, the little guy on W Broadway in Gardner is Powerhouse Performance. Unfortunately when he moved from Fitchburg to Gardner, he never updated the listings with his new number. His name is Andy, wicked nice guy and reasonable. I try to give him my business whenever I can! Unfortunately, if I can't call him, I can't talk to him.....
