    Best Yahama Dealerships

Saw a 2011 FZ8 at the Bean today and really like the way it looks. Since I'm casually looking for a replacement for the 1000RR, I wanted to see what a dealership could do for pricing. Wanted to know what are the best Yahama dealerships to deal with?

Could be MA, RI, CT, or NH.

This, in itself, might be my best bet. Considering Mark has purchased SO MANY Yamahas.

Wait, am I really considering a Yamaha? What is this world coming to?

Motorsports International in Auburn has two on the floor. Saw/sat on them last Friday. One was actually pretty well accessorized.

In June Razees will have the Yamaha demo truck at a track day with the R1, the R6, and all the FZ's.

This will be at one of the June TTD events, I believe.

Not necessarily. Hoever, I did like the look of the FZ8 a little better than the Street Triple R that one of your group had Sunday. Of course, I'd have to sit on the bike and see how it feels. It's all about comfort and ergonomics now. I'm not going to make the same mistake I made with the CBR1000RR.

Will most likely be that day at the track. I'd love to take out an R6 and the FZ8.

    Re: Best Yahama Dealerships

On most bikes I end up making some ergo changes, like seat, bars, mirrors. My STR has Corbin seat and Rizoma bars, good for all day, for me anyway.

The STR isn't out by any means. I need to do some comparisons. The FZ8's price is definitely appealing, being $1000 less than the STR.
