    Welcome to the club kiddo...can't count how many times I've crashed but I learned something from all of 'em!

    When you find yourself more painfree and drug free it would be useful to talk with the folks you were with and break down what happened into little pieces. (Sounds like you have a pretty clear understanding of the major ones...like the leaves, poles, trees and stickers!)

    Heal up...do what the docs say...and don't worry about wearing a bra!!!

    Heal quickly!

    Your down at the worst part of the year. Too cold for riding, not cold enough for snow and all the snow related activities.

    Use the down time to study up, kick ass for the rest of the semester at school, then go wild on winter break.

    Heal up quick, I went down almost the same way u did but i only low sided at 45mph and managed to walk away. Very glad u were wearing gear or that would have been a LOT worse.

    not sure how the bike is, it is being dropped off at PPS tomorrow but my mechanic that always gives me a hard time (Rick, he races so many of you probably know him) personally gave me a call and said not to worry and he'd be all over it so I'm not too worried

    glad you're ok. the bike is fine, and started right back up. cracked sub-frame, broken tail section, right mirror, and some scratches on the bottom bodywork.

    my offer stands to help out if there's anything you need. i remember too well what it feels like to be banged up with a busted collarbone.

    Damn, gixxer girl...that sucks. I was out riding this weekend and watching it with the leaves and pine needles. Dangerous shit. Were you wearing a back protector? I wear one when I'm pushing the limit on back roads.

    Feel better, that definitely sucks.

    So what happens with the police when you crash? Obviously they do a little mini investigation or whatever...but do they typically just chalk it up as an accident due to the conditions and send you on your way, or do they start handing out citations and whatnot?
