I can already tell this is going to be the most fun motorcycle I've ever owned.
For my weight (160ish before leathers and whatnot), the suspension is firm yet plush.
Even with less than 10 miles on it, the gearbox is smooth as silk.
The bars have a little rise to them, but not quite as much (I don't think?) as the Ninja 300.
Super comfy to tool around on, and the stock exhaust note even has a *hint of growl to it.
I'll obviously do a PowerCommander or remap to uncork it and get the temps where they ought to be, and maybe do something to the airbox, but I think I'll keep the stock exhaust unless I start turning competitive laps. For the cost of an exhaust, I'd probably rather do a steering damper.
This bike f'ing rules. 100% agree with ducatirdr about the paint scheme though, and if I do track fairings that example photo is probably what I'd stick in front of the paint folks.
