I talked with Steve earlier tonight. Jeff and Clay went out to visit him at Spalding.

He was in a good mood. His back has been sore lately, but probably due to the rehabilitaion. He's already gotten "wheelies" down in the wheelchair. He wanted me to express how very grateful he is for all the donations everyone has made. It really helps. Steve is planning on going home early June to his mom's house, so the money is going towards a ramp, a chair lift (his mom has a split-level ranch) and physical therapy.

So again...THANK YOU NESR...class act all the way!!

I'm still recuperating from my Heart Attack on Mothers Day, what a kick in the balls this is... So I won't be on the Multistrada, but I'm bringing my wife and a fat donation for Steve.

It will be the 1st I've got to see him since I attended to him, the best we could, the day of his accident. The Day I'll Never Forget, either...

Thanks to all of you for stepping up and putting this together, makes my stupid heart attack seem like nothing compared to what Steve has got in front of him, in the way of hard work and changes.

He'll be an inspiration for me with my challenges now too!
