Burlington VT'ers Track Day - Tony's

Based on discussions at our Burlington get together last weekend there is a great deal of interest in a track day for Burlington area riders.

I suggest Monday, June 2.

The thought is we could travel down Sunday, stay in the same hotel, hang out, then do the track day the next day together. Some of us could coordinate and trailer bikes together.

The best deal going is for the April 28 and 29 dates.

Other than that, just using your NESR discount will save you some $$$.

Aw, hell, at that rate, might as well make a whole weekend of it. Bring some grill fodder (and a grill if you have one) and a tent and camp out Friday and Saturday nights. Then head over to the hotel and rest up for the track day on Monday.

April 28 is possible too, so can anyone make that date? I will have to check with my ride and post again tomorrow. The savings make it hard to overlook.

I'm in for the June 2nd date. If I dont have a bike, I'll be a whore and steal someone else's.

And for whatever its worth, here's a tip - dont worry too much about track day discounts. I've done quite a few different track days and one important thing I learned is not to be cheap, because you *definitely* get what you pay for.

Okay, after much contemplation I think the date that works best for me is April 28. I have some things to sort out and if there are still openings should be signing up tomorrow, as will one of my friends. It is just too hard to overlook the discount for the April offering.

Three of us are in for sure. We are booking our rooms at the Red Roof as suggested by Tony's. Any other takers before the discount ends (I think Jan. 23)?

To update, we have at least five people headed down from Vermont. No more room in the trailer, but are there any other Vermonters going to be there for that date? We can get together Sunday night, hang out, have dinner, etc.

Doc, I'm her ride and we have at least two non-NESR riders joining us. NinjaGirl may have another rider too - I'll let her fill in the blanks there. We are all a bunch of first-time-at-the-track newbies.

If there is someone else from the Burlington area that would come but doesn't have a ride, I have access to another trailer and could have that brought along too.
